Return of the purchased product

The customer wants to return the product. Ask the reason for the customer's return and get the product back. Assist customer by following return procedures (check must be within 14 days, return eligible product). Complete the return requests by checking the condition of the product (the product is not damaged).

Buy at shelf price

If there is a difference between the shelf price and the checkout price when the customer buys the product, the customer can pay based on the shelf price (if the barcode, brand name, weight and quantity are the same).

Product freshness

If there is an expired product among the products you have purchased from the Tam Store network, you can purchase a new product on the condition that you bring the cashier's receipt.
